From looking back on my past relationships and just talking to my friends about men over the years I might add one point to this article.

I think it's natural for women and really just people in general to lead with the qualities they're looking for in a romantic partner without giving much thought as to whether or not the partner they want wants those same qualities in them. Often, they do not because they might want someone more complementary to them.
