Free wifi is such a game changer and definitely with the advent of it in a lot of places paying more than $15 of $20 for cell service is totally unnecessary!

A lot of these no frills companies even offer limited data but will not charge you for going over the usage limit. Instead the load speeds are just a little slower if you do go over.
