I definitely bought into some of the fear mongering advertisements about eye and to a lesser extent neck creams when I first began paying attention to my skin.

While it is true that depending on the skin concern, applying certain actives to the eye area may temporarily appear to “work,” paying more than a few dollars for an undereye fix is unnecessary.
