This exercise in atomic habits really helped me, even though I tend to be generally self-aware.

Writing down what we actually do vs. what we think we do can reveal so much. That tip alone allowed me to make time to work on my faith every day, fit in at least some reading, and plug the times during the week in with more productive habits when the urge to spend recreationally used to pop up-all without feeling any more "busy" than I had previously.
